We designed our packages by listening to the couples who have celebrated at Willowmere House over the years. What matters to most people, in the end, is good food, a beautifully run day and a space that feels right. Everything else builds from there.

Willowmere House, entirely yours. Exclusive use gives you every space, every room and every corner of the estate from Friday afternoon through to Sunday morning.

Intimate Wedding Package
From £5,500
Smaller does not mean less special. Our Intimate Package is designed for couples who want an unhurried, personal day with only the people who matter most.

Winter Wedding Package
From £7,000
Winter at Willowmere House has a magic all of its own. Log fires, candlelight and the particular warmth of a beautifully run house make our off-season dates something genuinely special.

From £5,500
Smaller does not mean less special. Our Intimate Package is designed for couples who want an unhurried, personal day with only the people who matter most.
Best for: Couples planning a small, private celebration with only their closest family and friends

Winter Wedding Package
From £7,000
Winter at Willowmere House has a magic all of its own. Log fires, candlelight and the particular warmth of a beautifully run house make our off-season dates something genuinely special.
Best for: Couples drawn to the romance of winter light, candlelit evenings and a cosier, more atmospheric celebration
Guest numbers: Up to 100 guests

- Available November through February
- Choice of ceremony space including The Manor Hall
- Signature winter tasting menu
- Mulled wine and hot drinks on arrival
- Three nights accommodation across all suites
- Candle and lantern decorative package
- Dedicated coordinator
- Christmas and New Year dates available on request

Deposit and payment
Deposit to secure your date
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package price is required to confirm your booking.
Balance payment
The remaining balance is paid in two equal instalments. The final payment is due 30 days before your wedding.
Contract
A formal contract is issued once the deposit is received. Your coordinator will walk you through the full payment schedule at the time of booking.
Viewing before you commit
We always recommend a personal viewing before placing a deposit. There is no obligation to book during or after your viewing.
Wedding insurance
We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive wedding insurance at the time of booking to protect against cancellation and unforeseen events.
